Our aim is to provide clinically structured support during the transition from student to Registered Nurse, whilst encouraging self-directed learning.
South West Healthcare's Graduate Nurse Program offers the opportunity for the graduate to consolidate and apply theoretical knowledge and develop sound skills in a variety of clinical rotations.
Graduate Nurses have the option to work either full or part time hours (a minimum 64 hours per fortnight) to support work/life balance.
This 12-month program commences in February 2025, with the option for permanent, ongoing employment subject to the successful completion of the Graduate Nurse Program.
Future opportunities also exist to apply for specialised programs that provide pathways to post graduate study.
