A&R Manager - Soundon, Mexico City

Responsibilities: Negotiate and acquire musical catalogs and frontline releases. Implement Sound On's content supply strategy by signing new labels and artists. Analyze data to assess artist and track performance, identify market opportunities, and forecast business impact. Manage business objectives including artist and label onboarding, new releases, and catalog migration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful artist and label presence across digital platforms, fostering trusted relationships and artist development. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Music, Music Business, Economics, law or relevant working experiences. 5+ years of experience in Music A&R and labels & artists acquisition and development. Strong negotiation and relationship management skills, including expertise in contracts evaluation and music legislations. In-depth knowledge of Latin Music, Regional Mexicano, Pop or Urban Music. Preferred Qualifications: Excellent communication skills and a strong music industry network. Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive in identifying and solving problems.
