Overseeing monthly journal entries and reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting and maintain the integrity of balance sheet items. Process claims and project reporting Managing cash flow to ensure effective financial management. Preparing Business Activity Statements (BAS) and tax returns. Overseeing payroll processing, including timesheet management, superannuation, PAYG, and compliance with relevant legislation. Managing accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely payments and collections. Handling rebate management, processing claims, and accurately accounting for rebate income. Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
