Accounts Assistant

Exciting opportunity for an experienced Assistant Management Accountant / Finance Graduate to join this friendly team.
Reporting to the Head of Management Accounts you will support the Senior Management Accountant with the timely production of Management Accounts for a number of entities.
Responsibilities: Responsibility for the timely production of multiple monthly management accounts Support regional Management Accountant with month end activities and other ad-hoc reporting.
Monthly balance sheet reconciliations to include: Fixed Assets Prepayments and accrued income Accruals and deferred income Bank reconciliations completed for all nurseries Help assist with cashcard and bank administration Printing out of management accounts for area manager meetings Investigate any significant increases or decreases in cost each month Identification and implementation of better financial processes and controls Assist with the audit process when required Provide any ad-hoc analysis or reporting as required The requirement: AAT or CIMA or ACCA Part Qualified Experience of posting accruals/prepayment journals Experience of working with non-finance people Team player Demonstrates strong organisational skills Demonstrates ability to be flexible and adaptable Ability to work quickly and accurately #J-18808-Ljbffr
