We are looking for an experienced Lead Engineer to join our dynamic team and drive the technical development and integration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS). This key role will focus on implementing and optimizing camera and ultrasonic sensor technologies for Base Park Aid, Reverse Brake Assist, and Semi/Full Automated Parking systems. Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of engineers in the full application of ultrasonic sensors and cameras on customer manufacturing vehicles, ensuring seamless system integration and optimal performance.
Define project goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with ADAS technical requirements and broader business objectives.
Serve as the primary technical point of contact between ABMARC and the client, facilitating clear communication and technical collaboration.
Provide on-site technical support and expertise to ensure the smooth implementation of ADAS features, regularly visiting client sites to assess project progress and troubleshoot technical issues.
Collaborate with the client's technical teams to deliver tailored solutions for ADAS features such as Reverse Brake Assist and automated parking, ensuring that system performance meets or exceeds design specifications.
Identify and mitigate risks related to system integration, addressing technical challenges proactively to maintain project scope, timeline, and budget.
Oversee rigorous project governance and ensure compliance with ADAS development processes, leading to the successful deployment of advanced parking and safety systems across multiple vehicle platforms.
