As part of our compassionate team, your responsibilities will range from: Being first point of contact for customers and suppliers Data entry and ad hoc administrative tasks Handling of enquiries on the phone and via email Packing ashes into receptacles Stock management Quality control Restocking shelves Basic computer & admin tasks Meeting daily KPIs Above all, we're seeking someone with an empathetic touch ensuring that every precious pet entrusted to our care receives the utmost dignity and compassion.
