Knox Private Hospital are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to work alongside our team of Administration staff in supporting the consulting suites on both a part time and casual basis.
About the role This role will be Monday to Friday during normal working hours.
The successful applicant will be highly motivated, committed to a high standard of customer focused care, excellent time management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities include: Patient Billing and Receipting/Medicare rebate Maintain accurate records Coordinate with Doctors and staff from different departments Complete other clerical tasks such as data entry Selection Criteria: Authority to Work in Australia General clerical experience (hospital/medical practice setting preferred) Experience with Medical Software is desirable Excellent customer service and communication skills Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
