6-week Administration Officer opportunity to work for a large Council in the Southeast suburbs Previousadministrationexperience essential Represent a Local Government authority providing excellent service to members of the community Own transport required| 6-week temporary opportunity You will be working in a council located in the Sotuh-Eastern suburbs.
You will work as a team toundertake data entry, research and administrative tasks in order to achieve the delivery of effective and quality service across the council.
You will be responsible for: Conducting thorough data entry and research tasks to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is maintained in our databases.
Providing accurate and timely information to members of the public via telephone and email, focusing on data-related inquiries.
Supporting the Council's positive image by delivering services and advice in a courteous and efficient manner.
Contributing to the maintenance of high-quality data by verifying and correcting information as needed.
Assisting in the preparation of reports and documentation based on research findings and data analysis.
To be successful you will have: Experience in data entry and research, with a strong attention to detail.
Background in both face-to-face and high-volume telephone customer service.
Demonstrated experience in an administrative environment with a focus on data management and customer service.
Proficiency in using customer management or request tracking applications, as well as standard office software.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A language other than English will be an advantage.
A positive and proactive attitude towards work, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
