Duties and Responsibilities Be the first point of contact for our clients and community (reception, phone, and email). Assist in maintaining client and staff databases. Assist in arranging appointments and meetings for the supervisor and management team. Demonstrate a high level of interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships, negotiate, and resolve conflicts. Demonstrate commitment to ensuring the organization's policies and procedures are effectively implemented across services/programs. Support the maintenance of administrative systems, processes, and policies. Prepare weekly client and staff rosters. Possess well-developed time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and actions as appropriate. Perform basic accounts work, including accounts payable and receivable. To be eligible you must: Have recent and strong experience in an Administration role. Demonstrate experience conducting Work Health and Safety (WHS) assessments of the service provision location. Possess advanced computer skills, strong communication skills (both verbal and written), and the ability to work autonomously as a self-starter. Have high attention to detail, be well-organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks. Be proactive and possess excellent problem-solving skills. Have excellent MS Office skills and the ability to learn new programs. Exhibit excellent people skills, be open to direction, and have a collaborative work style with a commitment to getting the job done. Have experience in data entry, including new jobs, worksheets, bill checking, invoice & docket filing, stock-taking & reordering of new equipment. Analyze and evaluate client needs and work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that client needs are met. Create a cooperative, valued, and safe workplace environment.
