Professional Development Opportunity Great location Web Pas Hospital system, Zedmed software experience is desired Positions now available As an Administration Officer, your responsibilities will include: Perform a broad range of administration duties including: Answer and redirect calls Organise appointments and prepare admission paperwork Conduct follow-up requests and make reminder calls for visits Maintain accurate and effective record management systems including preparation of medical records Perform Health Fund Checks as required Manage the collection of excesses/co-payments Coordinate with staff from other departments Complete other clerical tasks such as data entry Located on Malvern Road in Prahran, The Victoria Clinic is a 115 patient-bed private psychiatric facility that specializes in the provision of high-quality inpatient and outpatient mental health services.
