Glen Eira Sports and Aquatic Centre (GESAC) is one of Australia's premier Sports and Aquatic Centres that features state of the art aquatics, fitness, sports, rehabilitation, wellness, café and occasional care facilities.
Carnegie Swim Centre (CSC) is a seasonal outdoor pool currently under redevelopment.
Caulfield Recreation Centre (CRC) is a fully equipped gym which offers personal training and group fitness classes.
With over 1.7 million attendances annually, these popular facilities are widely used by the local and regional community.
About the role We are seeking a part-time Administration Officer to fill a fixed term contract opportunity at GEL until February 2025.
This role joins a team of Administration Officers that provide support with customer enquiries, memberships, accounts, and other admin related duties.
The role is based on-site at GESAC with flexibility across hours each day.
Key responsibilities include: Process membership requests, credits and refunds Respond to billing enquiries and disputes Maintain account details Follow up on overdue accounts Raise purchase orders and process invoices About you To be successful in the role you will have a keen eye for detail with a commitment to providing quality customer service.
You will have effective conflict resolution skills and the ability to deal with a diverse range of people.
You are looking for either a fixed term or ongoing part-time role during an exciting time of growth and activity.
