Administration Officer- Specialist Clinics Job posted: 15/10/2024 Organisation: The Royal Children's Hospital Occupation: Medical and Nursing Reference: 12456 About the Role This ongoing position within the Specialist Clinics Access team is responsible for ensuring all referrals move through the referral receipting and triaging processes efficiently and effectively.
What You'll Achieve Knowledge of administrative process in the management of incoming referrals.
Knowledge of Specialist clinics processes.
Skills in the use of multiple IT systems including our Electronic Medical Record.
Classification for this position ranges from A010 ($58,442.80 per annum pro rata) - A012 ($63,996.40 per annum pro rata).
Your Skills and Experience Previous experience in data entry roles.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Ability to work and contribute to a team.
Other Requirements Current National Criminal Record Check, or willing to obtain.
Valid Working with Children Check.
