Administrator - Scheduler / Rostering

Start Date: Immediate Duration: 1 month Rate: $45.58 + super per hour Requirements: Current WWCC, Police Check, and valid NDIS Workers Module.
Experience using Nightingale Software or Unicorn.
Experience in rostering, recruitment, or scheduling.
Strong customer service skills via phone and email.
High computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to manage a high volume of shifts in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain and monitor rosters according to policies.
Assess care worker availability to match client needs.
Allocate shifts for nursing and support staff.
Communicate with clients regarding staffing requirements.
Build relationships with care workers to enhance engagement.
