It is key in ensuring residents continue to receive high-quality person-centred care services and that the home operates effectively and efficiently.
What you will bring: We are seeking a Manager who holds a current AHPRA Registered Nurse qualification.
Additionally, you need to be commercially astute and an experienced manager to oversee management of our aged care home.
Reporting to the Executive Manager Business Operations, you will understand the significant aged care reform agenda and royal commission recommendations.
As an empathetic and resilient leader, you will also have a strong focus on building and maintaining stakeholder relationships and be passionate about leading and managing teams to achieve high standards.
