You have experience in developing and managing relationships with a wide range of stakeholders ranging from senior leaders to your colleagues on the development team.
You can facilitate and manage workshops of varying sizes in terms of the number of participants as well as a range of topics from training to requirements gathering.
You are required to be inventive, innovative and experimental, but also focused on what the business needs and how you can help it get there.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, information technology, or related field.
More than 5 years of experience working as a Business Analyst in an Agile environment.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Agile tools and technologies such as JIRA, Confluence, or Trello.
Certification in Agile methodologies such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or IIBA Agile Analysis Certification is a plus.
