About the role We are seeking an experienced Agile Lead to join our Enterprise Transformation division, with a focus on strategic digital delivery. Based in Geelong, this role is integral to successfully implementing our strategic priorities in a way that optimises client outcomes and enhances employee experience. You will mentor, build and support cross-functional teams to deliver value while continuously improving methods. Key responsibilities include facilitating workshops, managing agile ceremonies, maintaining a prioritised backlog, and supporting streams from a resourcing and planning perspective. The Agile Lead will also be responsible for applying human-centered design principles to ensure project success. What we're looking for Agile Expertise You will be certified in Agile Frameworks such as Scrum, SAFE, or LESS, with strong prior experience as an Agile Coach, Release Train Engineer (RTE), Iteration Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile Project Manager. Demonstrated ability to foster a high-performing culture, coach individuals, and teams, and drive customer-focused solutions. Stakeholder Management Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, with experience presenting at an executive level and dealing with ambiguity and high pressure situations.
