You'll be in charge of booking and replacing nurses on a daily basis, making sure everything is recorded on our top-of-the-line rostering systems. But that's not all! You'll also be forward booking nurses and ensuring that our records are up-to-date and accurate. Plus, you'll be maintaining open lines of communication with every single team member. It's all in a day's work for you!The successful candidate will have: High attention to detail Confident, resourceful and positive approach Demonstrated effective time management with the ability to prioritise A practical approach to problem solving, troubleshooting and decision making Experience in office administration Desirable: Experience working in direct clinical nursing environments understanding the role of Nurse Unit Managers.
