Accounts Payable Officer (Medium Density) The Company: Our client is a multi-award winning Victorian company that focuses on multi-residential, medium density, and detached dwelling projects.

Currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer familiar with the construction industry to implement new processes and systems, and take ownership of running all aspects of a full-function accounts payable role.
You will be responsible for: Matching invoices to Purchase Orders to process in Databuild Liaising with estimating & drafting team where required Management of 'accounts' inbox Primary contact to answer suppliers & subcontractors queries Complying with approvals process for payments Ensuring timely & accurate processing of weekly & monthly payment runs Archiving of digital documents with Companion software Management of progress stage-claims & debt control Skills & Experience: Experience in a similar Accounts Payable role Strong interpersonal and communication skills Experience in Databuild or similar construction software Experience in MYOB or similar accounting software Benefits: Competitive salary and a broad range of employee benefits.
