About our Team The Unit Resource Manager (URM) is a member of the Operations and Logistics team within Headquarters Army School of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering (ASEME).
The main functions of the team are to coordinate activities, events, people and resources to achieve the unit's mission, which is to train ADF Technicians.
The Operations cell is a small group of up to eight personnel, led by the Operations Officer and comprised of uniformed training and logistics specialists including the APS 4 URM.
