Our client is seeking a talented Project Architect with strong Archi CAD skills to lead and deliver exciting projects within the education and public sectors.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, documentation, and delivery of education and public projects.
Collaborate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently.
Prepare and review detailed construction documentation using Archi CAD.
Ensure compliance with Australian building codes and standards.
Mentor and collaborate with junior architects and designers.
About You: Registered Architect with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
Proficiency in Archi CAD is essential.
Proven experience in delivering education and public projects.
Strong understanding of local building regulations and standards.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Ability to lead and collaborate effectively within a team.
