In this role, you will report directly to the State Manager and work autonomously across the metro and regional territories of Melbourne. The headquarters are located in the eastern suburbs. Job Description As an Area Dealer Manager, the purpose of the role will be to drive performance, service, parts, and engagement. Furthermore, you will: Create and execute sales, marketing, and service plans with dealerships that align with the company's programs, focusing on sales actions, customer retention, and stock management. Analyse dealer performance by model line and postcode, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the integration of the company's sales and service standards into business processes. Collaborate with dealers to ensure accurate stock ordering and develop effective inventory management practices. Focus on improving customer experience through Service MSI measurable actions and ensure accurate customer data management. Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer Principals and staff to drive business outcomes and support the company's purpose. The Successful Applicant A Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Business. 3-5 years of experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role. Demonstrated understanding and experience of business processes and marketing initiatives. Ability to negotiate and influence business owners and senior managers effectively. Strong adaptability and teamwork skills. Must have permanent work rights to live and work in Australia.
