Head Office located in the CBD We are currently looking for a full-time permanent Area Revenue Manager to join the team to drive revenue and financial outcomes across a wonderful portfolio of award-winning hotels.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will be responsible for implementing strategies that will drive sustainable, profitable growth, enhance service revenue streams, and increase market share through collaboration with our Sales, Marketing, and Commercial Finance teams.
What you will be doing: Manage top-line Revenue and rate structures for your portfolio Provide guidance and direction for the General Managers Coordinate reporting and analytics Strategy development and implementation About You: Your knowledge of market segments, trends, competitors, financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting is required.
You will also have the below: Minimum 2 years experience in a multi-property role Advanced Excel or other data analytics software skills Experience in building rate structures Team player, great personality with a passion for boutique hotels An astute strategist who focuses on trend recognition, demand anticipation, and opportunity analysis A strong analyst who quickly identifies when course correction is required and effectively evaluates possibilities to determine a way forward An Excel guru: advanced skills in pivot tables, graphs, and advanced formula are a must due to the complexity of the 3 PMS we are operating with.
