Located in Sydney or Melbourne, we work in a hybrid WFH model, with Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday based in the studio each week.
We especially welcome applications from established creative copywriter / art director teams.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS Take ownership of creative, artistic and cultural trends and use them in a manner relevant to the brief, the brand and its users.
Generate original, fresh and innovative ideas in partnership with a Copywriter to develop and execute creative ideas that meet the client brief and exceed expectations.
Direct all aspects of art on a brand taking into account the brand and its users and exploit opportunities for high creative output.
Develop and execute ideas across communication channels, formats and multiple touch points ensuring visual consistency, quality, freshness and alignment.
Work jointly with Copywriter to ensure correct briefing of production companies, directors and other partners to ensure high quality outcomes.
Direct and supervise suppliers and internal studio on all print and production work and take responsibility with Copywriter for the quality of finished work across mediums.
Participate and collaborate with Account teams on new business pitches and strengthen client relationships by attending client meetings as required with a view to increase sales and brand building.
Contribute to thought leadership and inspire professional development within the team.
QUALIFICATIONS AND CHARACTERISTICS At least 3 years of experience.
A portfolio of creative work that showcases outstanding campaigns and projects of varying nature.
Abreast with latest advertising and creative trends, techniques and new developments.
Commercial skills to understand client business and industry contexts.
Strong presentation and objection handling skills.
