About the position: As an Art Director you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of Cullen Jewellery as we grow at a rapid pace.
You will be leading a team of 3, overseeing the creative execution of photo and video projects to ensure they align with the brand's vision, standards, and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities include: Lead the creative direction and visual execution of photo and video projects, ensuring alignment with Cullen Jewellery's brand identity.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate strategy into visually impactful content that enhances the overall brand messaging.
Direct and manage the photographers and graphic designers, providing clear feedback for high-quality outcomes.
Oversee photoshoots and video productions, ensuring all deliverables meet brand standards, timelines, and budgets.
Guide design elements such as layout, colour, typography, and imagery to ensure cohesive and polished results.
Uphold brand consistency across all visual outputs, ensuring alignment with Cullen Jewellery's creative vision.
What are we seeking? Proven experience as an Art Director or in a similar creative leadership role, ideally within a fashion, jewellery, or luxury brand.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual concept development and execution across photo and video projects.
Experience managing and directing creative teams, including photographers, and graphic designers.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design), Capture One and video editing software is desirable.
Strong organisational and project management skills, ensuring all deliverables are on brand, on time, and within budget.
