As a leader in our boutique, you are responsible for building and driving a customer-led culture through leading by example and delivering excellent service standards.
This role, working part-time Sunday-Wednesday , will have you inspire and mentor your team to reach set KPIs and sales targets – celebrate the wins and encourage the team to be proud of the contribution they have to the wider business strategy.
To achieve the above, you: Are a passionate brand ambassador for Elka Collective Support the Store Manager, motivating a passionate team and assist with managing the daily store operations Drive and excel in providing an amazing customer experience in store through seasonal events Develop & maintain relationships with VIPs Assist in effectively managing the wage costs in store and roster for success Build and drive a customer-led culture through leading by example and delivering excellent service standards Closely monitor store sales performance - acknowledge outstanding results and identify any areas of improvement Ensure store presentation is immaculate through visual merchandising Take a proactive approach in loss prevention management i.e.
stock shrinkage Demonstrate a duty of care by ensuring that the work environment is safe, healthy and fit for work You bring to the team: Previous Assistant Store Management or Retail Sales Supervisor experience (training, coaching and mentoring team members) A passion for styling and creating a memorable service experience for our customers A high attention to detail, time management and excellent organisation skills A commitment to continuous improvement and learning Confidence in communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
A proven record of driving and exceeding KPI's You have experience with stock control, visual merchandising and committed to continuous improvement and learning Unrestricted Australian working rights and full-time availability.
