The Assistant Finance Business Partner works closely with the Senior Business Partner and Business Partners to support the effective delivery of financial services to the organisation.
You will be responsible for preparing and presenting high quality financial reports, assisting in the preparation of branch annual operating and capital budgets, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
You will have opportunities to upskill yourself through working for a complex organisation and developing excellent stakeholder skills to build trusted relationships with people you work with.
What you will bring: Sound analytical capability to make recommendations to resolve issues.
High level of interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to prepare detailed analysis, clear and concise reports for management, and communicate financial information in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders with limited financial training.
Demonstrated experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and financial reporting.
Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
