The aim of the DART program is to improve NDIS Commission system functionality and responsiveness to reduce the administrative burden on providers and support our governance and monitoring processes.
The DART program will also improve identification and response to both immediate and systemic NDIS risks.
As a Senior Communications Manager, you will have the opportunity to play a vital role in managing the communication strategies for the program while enjoying a collaborative and flexible working environment.
You will be able to demonstrate: Strong experience in communications, particularly in change management environments.
Strong ability to direct teams, ensuring alignment with program objectives.
Skilled in selecting and structuring communication mediums to ensure clarity and effectiveness.
Proven ability to build and sustain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
Demonstrated energy and commitment to achieving goals.
About the Role Oversee the development and execution of communication plans that support change initiatives across the commission.
Lead the creation of tailored messaging, ensuring clarity and alignment with the overall change strategy.
Increase program change awareness using creative and modern communication approaches.
Identify and implement diverse communication platforms and tools to enhance audience engagement.
Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and adapt communication strategies to meet their needs.
Provide strategic guidance and foster partnerships with internal communications teams to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment with the commission's goals.
