Assistant Operations Manager

Property Network of Australia (PNA) is collaborating with a prestigious client in the heart of Melbourne's CBD to find a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Operations Manager.
In this role, you will work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure the flagship asset is maintained to the highest standards, enhancing customer and retailer satisfaction.
This position offers a unique opportunity to take charge of the center as the Duty Manager on Sundays , and you will be required to work a Sunday to Thursday work pattern.
This will provide valuable experience in Facilities Maintenance and overall Center Management.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in the day-to-day operations of the center.
Maintain the center to agreed standards.
Maximise customer and retailer satisfaction.
Ensure regulatory compliance and workplace health & safety.
Manage contractors effectively.
Utilise technical knowledge for building operations.
Collaborate with the team in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications: Technical background or tertiary qualification.
Minimum of two years' experience in a similar operations role.
Strong technical knowledge of building operations and legislation.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
