$90,000 - $110,000 + Superannuation Completely on-site, based in Tullamarine Free parking provided As the Assistant Operations Manager, your role will be pivotal in supporting the Operations Manager in overseeing daily operations.
You will be responsible for managing a dedicated valet driver team, ensuring that all tasks are carried out efficiently and according to established standards.
Your excellent problem-solving skills will be crucial in addressing any operational issues that arise.
You will also play a significant role in sales and service delivery, actively participating in selling and up-selling services and products.
Your commitment to delivering exceptional customer service will be reflected in your ability to monitor service delivery against company standards.

This role offers a scheduled progression plan to Operations/Valet manager from day one.
What you will do: Manage an experienced valet driver team in the daily operations of the Qantas valet parking.
Monitor service delivery to ensure it meets company standards.
Supervise the team, providing direction, support, and motivation.
Provide 5-star customer service for all clients.
Assist in the recruitment, training, and onboarding of new employees, ensuring they are fully prepared to meet the demands of their role.
This role may require you to work a handful of Saturdays a year, if staff are away.
What you will bring: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience within a people management, face-to-face, service position.
Experience in the airline industry would be highly advantageous.
A valid driver's license - Ability to drive manual and automatic.
Experience managing teams of 5 and above.
