The Opportunity
Are you a recent Property Graduate looking to take that first step in your Commercial Property career, or have previous property administration experience in the industry and now looking to work for a market leader?
Opportunity to join our Property Management team based onsite at Sunshine Private Health Hub. In this key role, you'll work collaboratively with our Property and Facilities Managers supporting the day-to-day management of a portfolio of properties including tenant liaison, lease administration, occupancy issues as well as general office administration duties.
Here's what you will focus on:
Establish positive relationships and provide prompt responses to tenant's requests
Administration of all leases to ensure compliance by the owner and the tenants
Monitor financial transactions relative to lease and contractual obligations
Preparation/compilation of reports, documents, presentation material, minutes for meetings as required
General Property, Office and Administrative duties including greeting clients, attending meetings, monthly reporting along with ad-hoc duties as required.
Here are strengths you'll possess and the background you'll need to be successful:
Previous property administration experience with high level attention to detail
Strong time management and organisational skills to be able to thrive in a busy environment
Superior communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships
A positive attitude and flexible approach to work
Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice or working towards it
