Your role will involve ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, evidence-based, and individualised care across the hospital during scheduled shifts. This involves managing beds and patient flow to guarantee the timely and suitable assignment of beds, considering patient acuity, nursing resources, and capacity when accepting patient transfers to the facility.
Essential Selection Criteria Current registration with AHPRA (no restrictions) Current National Crime Check Current Working with Children's Check Must have full unrestricted working rights in Australia to be successful for this role. (Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency, a valid Working Visa, or New Zealand Citizenship). Desirable Selection Criteria A background in Emergency, Theatre, Dialysis, Oncology, Midwifery, Acute, or ICU is highly desired but not essential. How to Apply
