SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Degree qualified in Interior Design.
Minimum 8 years of post-grad experience – ideally with workplace project experience.
Proficiency in Revit.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent strategic thinking skills.
Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team.
Proven leader, having held a similar role previously.
DUTIES
Reporting straight to the directors, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Lead and shape the interiors response and approach to individual projects as well as influence the global approach going forward.
Be client-facing, lead but also be responsible for projects from concept design to delivery (very much actively on the tools – REVIT).
Contribute to business focus and local office structuring.
Mentor junior staff.
Become the master of your destiny professionally and get involved with shaping the path forward for the business.
