Great Location Dynamic & Diverse Workforce Part-time positions in Mental Health Responsibilities As an Associate Nurse Unit Manager - Mental Health, your responsibilities will include: Providing operational direction for the unit to ensure efficient and effective management Coordinating the delivery of nursing care that is evidence-based Ensuring the delivery of excellent patient and family-centered care in a team-focused environment Providing guidance, mentoring, and support to your team Being accountable for the effective management of human, financial, and material resources Undertaking direct patient care Compliance with ACQSHC National standards Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team including our VMO partners Facilitating a learning culture to ensure continuous improvement Coordinating and driving clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives Essential Criteria To be successful in this role, you will need: Current Registration with AHPRA Current or previous ANUM or clinical nurse specialist experience (desirable) Registered Nurse with at least 5 years' experience in inpatient mental health settings Knowledge of NSQHS/ACHS Standards (desirable) Postgraduate qualification or working toward Demonstrated ability to foster positive working relations with a wide range of diverse stakeholders Excellent verbal and written communication skills A commitment to a high standard of clinical and customer-focused care High degree of computer literacy including MS Office and various databases Ability to work cohesively within a team environment Applications close: 29th November 2024 For Further Enquiries Please contact Esther Dzvindu, Director of Clinical Services on: 03 9526 0200 To Apply Please click the 'Apply' button to be taken to our online application process.
