IT Project Manager | IT Service Delivery | ITILSydney CBD – Hybrid10 Months Contract +Talent International is working in partnership with a culturally focused government organisation to be responsible for managing and delivering a range of technical and service improvement projects.
This role requires a blend of excellent communication skills, documentation proficiency, and technical acumen to effectively manage external technical suppliers and ensure project success.
Required Skills: Project Management: Demonstrated experience managing IT projects, with a track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
Technical Understanding: Adequate technical knowledge to oversee and evaluate the work of external suppliers, with a solid grasp of IT and security technologies.
IT Service Management: excellent understanding of ITIL (v3 or v4) or equivalent.
Vendor Management: Experience with sourcing IT services and working with outsourced IT suppliers in an enterprise environment.
Security: Knowledge of recognised frameworks such as ISO27001 or the Essential Eight.
Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges and finding solutions.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to diverse audiences.
