As the Head of Quality & Safety - Health Services & Mental Health , you will lead a team of clinical quality partners ensuring strategic focus and ongoing continuous improvement of the health services and mental health quality and safety systems including initiating and leading transformative change.
Supporting the Chief Medical Officer (CMO), you will test key business strategies and innovative clinical frameworks whilst being accountable for the effectiveness of the clinical governance framework and driving performance excellence.
Monitoring the quality and safety of care through effective clinical governance, you will also oversee serious incident investigations including corrective actions, identification of root causes and associated preventative actions to continuously improve our ways of working.
This is a full-time opportunity and can be based within NSW, VIC, or Southeast QLD where you will have flexibility to work in a hybrid work model.
About you: Registered Division 1 Nurse with current unrestricted AHPRA Registration Experience with Quality Management Systems, Quality improvement and Risk Management Relevant understanding of the National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards and Aged Care Quality Standards Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with business leaders to ensure timely, effective, and targeted communications Strong interpersonal capabilities and ability to work cross-functionally with others Click APPLY or contact Caroline Gray at ****** for a confidential discussion.
