ABOUT THE ROLE Progress your career in this full-time, permanent General Sales Manager position.
In this role, you will lead by example, report to the General Manager, and be responsible for developing a strong sales team in both New and Used Departments.
You will coach, motivate, and guide the team to ensure dealership targets are met with a high standard of customer service throughout the sales process.
Requirements Proven experience as a General Sales Manager or Sales Manager within an Automotive Dealership Environment Quantifiable outcomes as a result of direct initiatives A history of exceeding sales targets and achieving results Ability to lead by example Motivate and inspire others Customer Driven Results High level knowledge of automotive dealership sales processes and department operations Acute attention to detail, meeting strict compliance requirements The ability to identify and quantify team and customer requirements How to APPLY Via the APPLY tab (CV preferably in WORD format).
