About the role: Due to an internal promotion, we're looking for an innovative and detail-oriented Business Analyst who is passionate about delivering high-quality digital solutions that enhance the customer experience.
As the B2 B Digital Business Analyst, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions.
Your primary responsibility will be to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive improvements in our digital processes and customer experiences.
You are someone who excels in dynamic, fast-paced environments, collaborating closely with stakeholders to uncover needs and drive digital transformation.
We offer hybrid working, with our office located in Docklands close to Southern Cross Station and a tram stop directly in front of our building for an easy commute on office days.
What you'll do: Requirements Gathering : Conduct workshops, collaborate with stakeholders, and document detailed business and functional requirements to support digital projects.
Data Analysis : Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and insights, providing data-driven recommendations to improve digital processes and strategies.
Solution Design : Work with cross-functional teams to design digital solutions that align with business goals, ensure optimal user experiences, and evaluate technical feasibility.
Collaboration : Engage with internal teams, including IT, legal, finance, and external stakeholders such as pharmacy customers and suppliers, ensuring the successful delivery of digital projects.
What you'll bring: Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Product Manager.
Demonstrated skills in requirements gathering, data analysis, and solution design.
Proficiency in data visualization, reporting, and user experience (UX) design.
Experience with business process modeling, risk assessment, and digital project delivery.
Ability to work effectively within Agile teams, collaborating with designers and developers.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document business and technical requirements clearly.
Adaptability to handle evolving project scopes and changing requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Management, Finance, Computer Science, Technology, or Engineering.
