Hey You Reporting to the Allied Health Operations Manager and under the supervision and guidance from the Team Leader and/or proficient BSPs, you will be working with the development and formulation of individualised behavioural support plans to both increase a person's quality of life and reduce the occurrence and impact of behaviours of concerns.
This is a rewarding role where you will be able to support and help improving the quality of life for individuals by providing specialist guidance and interventions aimed at improving behavioral outcomes.
About You Our ideal Core Behaviour Support Practitioner will be able to demonstrate: Knowledge of support planning, working within a person-centred framework Excellent interpersonal skills including written and verbal communications skills e.g.
Experience writing reports.
Ability to implement person centred approaches to service delivery and to support others to understand and implement this approach.
Demonstrate a productive, flexible approach to achieving outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in relevant field of practice or Diploma in relevant field of practice with at least 3 years postgraduate experience working with people with disability and their supports.
