What you'll do Be a Trusted Advisor and Partner: Provide expert advice on talent strategies and innovative recruitment approaches across the APAC region.
Become an Expert in Your Field: Identify and recruit top-tier sales and healthcare candidates, manage comprehensive selection processes, and provide valuable industry and talent market insights.
Champion Customer Experience: Ensure an outstanding hiring journey for leaders and candidates alike.
Promote our Culture: Embody and promote TELUS core values internally and externally.
Educate and Influence: Guide the leaders of your client group in adhering to Talent Acquisition best practices.
Navigate Ambiguity and Change: Provide guidance and support the business through evolving talent landscapes.
Master Analytics: Harness the power of data to inform strategies, ensure compliance, and drive improvements.
What you bring 5+ years of recruitment experience in large corporate environments, focusing on management, professional, and sales portfolios.
Experience in recruiting healthcare roles or gained within companies operating in the healthcare sector will be considered a strong asset.
Experience with health-related roles will be considered an asset.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Fluency in Korean and English (written and spoken); Mandarin is an asset.
Experience in APAC recruitment, particularly in South Korea.
Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, changing environment.
