Our recent projects include: Melbourne T2 Expansion Frankston Hospital Redevelopment Twelve Apostles Visitor Centre New Adelaide Women's and Children's Hospital Our Changemakers enjoy: Flexible working hours and a hybrid work environment A social, collaborative, and inclusive culture with a calendar full of social and networking events Access to our Employee Assistance Program and to corporate health and travel discounts 12 weeks parental leave Options for global mobility and purchased additional leave And much more What you'll do Reporting to our Head of Structures – Victoria, you will: Coordinate project requirements and allocate modelling resources Utilise BIM tools and workflows to deliver a range of structural projects Interpret BIM requirements and implement suitable BIM protocols for projects Ensure that accurate drawings and registration systems are produced according to supplied specifications and applicable standards, internal and external Implement or Review BIM Execution Plans / Management Plans for projects Maintain technical standards as per contractual obligations Expertly liaise with high level external stakeholders and clients Manage BIM Team/s within Victoria and liaise with National teams Implement required training and upskilling of Victorian staff Contribute to National Innovation, Quality and Business Education Initiatives Review inputs to technical standard and protocols with National Teams Boost team culture and collaboration with the team About you The successful candidate we are looking for will typically have 12+ years of experience and have: Extensive experience working within Structures as a BIM Coordinator/BIM Leader Personal and technical skills to represent the company at an internal, external and management level The ability to demonstrate leadership in a team environment including managing resources and developing team skills Excellent proficiency in Revit, Navisworks and various BIM systems Recognised expert in technical discipline at a regional level with broad experience in providing key technical expertise across a wide range of diverse and complex projects Advanced skills in modelling & detailing complex designs Advanced knowledge of BIM and design led BIM within Property disciplines, project models and appreciation of multidisciplinary BIM process Highly skilled in complex designs and Coordination management Experienced in developing and maintaining client relationships Advanced knowledge in all manners of Construction Methodology & Project Delivery methods Proven ability in building the technical capability of business scale teams Advanced skills in the management of model metadata including the application of classification systems and other data schema across large and diverse projects Advanced project information management expertise and able to implement best-practice workflows at business and major project level Advanced understanding of 3,4,5 D About WSP WSP is one of the world's leading engineering professional services consulting firms, bringing together approximately 6,000 talented people across 14 offices in Australia.
