Job Summary: The BPCS Techno-functional ERP Consultant will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and support of the BPCS (Business Planning and Control System) ERP system.
The role requires a deep understanding of both the technical aspects and functional business processes to ensure the effective deployment and use of BPCS within the organization.
The consultant will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful integration of ERP modules.
Let's talk about your qualifications and experience: 5+ years of experience with BPCS ERP or similar systems in a techno-functional role.
Experience in ERP system implementation, customization, and support.
Certification in BPCS ERP or related ERP systems.
Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or other industry-specific business processes.
Let's talk about the role and responsibilities: Lead the implementation of BPCS ERP modules, including system configuration and customization to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with business users to understand their needs and translate these into technical solutions within BPCS.
Develop and maintain custom scripts, reports, and interfaces to enhance the functionality of the BPCS ERP system.
Analyze existing business processes and workflows to align them with BPCS ERP functionalities.
Conduct training sessions and workshops to ensure effective user adoption of BPCS modules.
Provide ongoing support for BPCS ERP, addressing technical issues and ensuring system reliability.
Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to optimize system efficiency.
Work with stakeholders to define project objectives and ensure that these are achieved.
Proficient in programming languages and tools related to BPCS (e.g., RPG, SQL).
