This is a particularly exciting time to join the IT team at the commission.
We have established new positions aimed at enhancing our IT capabilities, under the leadership of an experienced Chief Information Officer.
Job summary In this role, you will: Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document business and technical requirements for IT initiatives.
Support the delivery of technology projects through Agile and Waterfall methodologies, ensuring alignment with project goals.
Contribute to the development of project documentation, including business process maps, technical requirements, and user stories.
The position is responsible for: Eliciting and documenting business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
Supporting the project and BAU teams in the development of new initiatives, enhancements to existing platforms, and integration with external systems.
Managing stakeholder relationships, facilitating communication across teams, and ensuring that project deliverables meet the specified requirements and quality standards.
