About the Division The Information Management and Technology Division (IMTD) guides the Departments' digital capability and is leading digital transformation for the Department including Victorian government schools.
The Division architects, manages and supports the largest technology network in Victoria, supporting a user base of approximately 750,000 staff and students.
IMTD provides innovation and leadership in the transformation and management of the Department's digital capability through the implementation of solutions on the department's cloud environment (Iaa S), enterprise cloud platforms (Paa S) and software (Saa S), using agile practices with a focus on user experience, security, and integration.

About the Role A fantastic opportunity is available for a Branch and Administrative Support Officer to support Directors of the Business Services Branch and the Information Management Services Branch.
The Branch and Administrative Support Officer will provide administrative support to the Director, Information Management Services and the Director, Business Services Branch as well as both branches, by performing duties including email and calendar management, arranging and scheduling appointments and meetings, travel, accommodation and event organisation and general tasks as they arise.
This is a diverse, hands-on role which requires a high level of professionalism and discretion when dealing with confidential and sensitive correspondence and other information, strong interpersonal skills, energy, and attention to detail.
The role manages relationships, on behalf of the Directors, with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
Attributes As our ideal candidate, you will have: Superb communication and stakeholder engagement capability.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise to take initiative and prioritise your work.
Strong skills in the use of Microsoft products, including Visio, Powerpoint and the ability to quickly learn other software products.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience Prior experience as an administrative assistant will be advantageous.
