The Marc Edward Agency is looking for a team of dynamic brand ambassadors to work casually for a major POP UP activation to run in Dept Store in the Melbourne CBD for the November to January period, which will include the very busy Black Friday & Christmas trading periods.
The BA's we select need to be available at least 4-5 days per week minimum over this 3 month period, remaining committed, professional, available, and display amazing customer service and professionalism at all times.
To be considered and shortlisted for this exciting project, you must be: 100% passionate & committed to delivering an amazing customer experience at all times A born traffic stopper, where your confidence & personality allows you to naturally approach all customers with ease and professionalism at all times Able to demonstrate a professional background via having an exceptional retail & customer service track record Passionate about the Hair Care and Beauty industry Available for at least 4-5 days per week minimum during this 3 month campaign Reliable, take pride in your appearance and know how to sell via product demonstration Able to work as part of a small team cohesively and professionally at all times You will be required to hit the ground running, driving product awareness and sales across a globally renowned product range.
Prior retail customer service experience in a busy retail environment is a must.
A proven track record in engaging & educating customers in a POP UP STORE environment is an advantage, and an understanding of what it takes to offer amazing customer service is a must! Please note: The hours and rosters will change weekly and be booked a week at a time, so the need for regular or set hours and days over this campaign cannot be guaranteed.
You do need to be flexible! Full training will be provided to the successful team, along with great hourly rates.
