The role: We are looking for an experienced Digital Presales Solution Architect in Melbourne to help Brennan Digital drive a set of technology offerings to market at a high standard and profitable manner. Reporting to the Head of Solution Architecture, the Digital Presales Solution Architect will take responsibility for owning the solution development, proposal and contract inputs prior to submitting for technical and commercial review.The role requires technical leadership skills and consulting expertise and being responsible for identifying opportunities and growing revenue across the Brennan Digital portfolio to assist Brennan in winning new business and retaining existing clients.The Digital Solution Architect must have the ability to influence and lead conversations with internal stakeholders, senior sales management and senior customer representatives, and provide thought leadership to new and existing customers with regards to Brennan Digital's services across all practices. Technical competency in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement will be highly desirable for this role.Key Responsibilities: Work with the Customer team to identify, qualify and convert business opportunities, and with State Managers to provide and consult on Brennan Digital positioning. Work with Consultants, Solution Architects, Account Managers and Business Development Managers by overseeing client proposals, tenders, solution definitions, scoping of services and cost estimates related to Brennan Digital's services. Own all sales opportunities related to solutions associated with the Brennan Digital services. Delivery of various presales activities including responding to customer requests for information, developing and planning conceptual solution presentations and demonstrations, technical/product guidance in meetings etc. Running presales discovery workshops to ensure we understand the customers' requirements and an ability to tie the customer business outcomes to the technical solution and identify the risks and opportunities presented by the solution. Analysing technical requirements of a new project, conceptualise design, identify appropriate technology solutions for the project and contribute to project planning and estimation within the project constraints. Helping the customer understand the proposed technical solution to the business problem under applicable constraints. Lead discussions and perform strategic reviews with customer audiences up to Cx O level on the use of Brennan related technologies. Training the Customer teams on various technologies and solutions with a constant focus on teaching the sales team to self-service these solutions. What skills and experience you bring: Minimum 7-10 years of experience including design, development and deployment, of solutions to meet business requirements. Strong understanding of Dynamics - in particular being a technical expert in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement will be important Minimum 5 years of experience in the creation of project proposals, RFP response and statements of work in a professional services organisation focused on digital services. Demonstrated ability to apply technology solutions to business problems. Proven experience of developing and delivering effective presentations and solutions. Experience in complex RFP responses, solution design, ability to articulate the value proposition of an overall solution. Experience in commercial governance for complex RFP responses. Good analytical and troubleshooting skills. A proven track record in a presales, sales or consultancy environment in an IT solutions business with experience in cloud services and IT outsourcing and managed services. A "trusted advisor" and "project leader" attitude. A willingness to work and adapt to a fast growing and changing environment.
