We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Producer to join our Brickworks team in Horsley Park, NSW.
Reporting to the Group Digital Manager, you will own and manage the company's websites and digital assets.
You will drive and actively participate in the development of digital strategy and solutions that enhance the customer experience and deliver business outcomes.
A core function of this role will be to develop productive working relationships with stakeholders to ensure the successful end-to-end management and delivery of digital projects.
Key Responsibilities: Review all digital requests and analyse these for actionable solutions.
Manage site content, navigation, and publishing through the (CMS) Content Management System and (DAM) Digital Asset Management system.
Manage product data and structure within the (PIM) Product Information Management tool.
Stakeholder management across teams of SMEs, SEO and web-developers, data managers, IT and ecommerce specialists.
Facilitate business requirements and designs and clearly communicate these into project management tasks.
Conduct user acceptance testing and engage in scrum methodology.
Take ownership of the digital optimisation platform to improve site issues, analytics, and performance.
Success Requirements: Relevant tertiary qualifications or appropriate industry experience.
5+ years of relevant experience in a digital producer/product management role.
Experience gathering and translating business requirements for effective digital solutions and development.
Experience with issue and process management are essential, preferably Jira.
Experience with Content Management Systems with a good understanding of page content structures.
Product management experience and the ability to manage large amounts of data at once.
Demonstrated experience in customer/user experience research and UX principles.
Understanding of SEO principles in relation to content management.
Experience in content authoring through creating, commissioning, and adapting content for the web.
Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and in communicating and briefing external agencies such as design and development teams is essential.
Interested in new technologies and digital implementation.
