Key Responsibilities Include: Contract Administration such as tender documentation, contractor agreements and measuring site progress against contracts.
Dilapidations: Ensuring costs, schedules and maintenance adjustments are met in line with lease requirements Party Wall Matters: Liaising with owners of party walls and surveying premises in a time-critical manner.
Landlord and Tenant Services Defect Analysis and Resolution Client Brief Development: understanding the end goal and what the client is aiming to achieve and relaying back to developers.
Project Delivery: making sure projects are in line with pre-agreed timeframes and budgetary constraints.
Compliance with Planning & Building Regulations Specification Writing: Identify any areas for repair and or further development.
Schedule of Work Production Desired Skills and Qualifications: The successful candidate will have a degree in Building Surveying or Construction Project Management and be able to demonstrate professionalism, excellent communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to maintain a positive attitude and a client-focused approach.
Proficiency in Auto CAD and familiarity with NEC Contracts and Project Cost Control are advantageous.
You must have a full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.
