About the RoleThe Marketing Manager will work autonomously to deliver on acquisition marketing strategies for the Accelerated Growth program. This role will be accountable for end-to-end marketing activity, working collaboratively in an ambiguous environment with enterprise-wide stakeholders to deliver on program KPIs, including customer growth and lead generation.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage marketing activity for Accelerated Growth including:Produce digital paid media and other acquisition strategies, promoting our accelerated growth digital product and service offerings to our target audience, acquiring them as efficiently as possible.Drive customer engagement & conversion to relevant products and services across Bupa.Work with Brand & Connected Care (GTM) teams to define and align the brand, positioning, and marketing proposition.Work closely with the Customer Engagement and Personalisation team to drive engagement, active users, and product feature utilisation.Ensure precise, timely, and effective execution of prioritised marketing activity.Develop how we report on marketing performance, then conduct weekly reporting and analysis, utilising marketing and audience insights to optimise program performance.Foster effective working relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of marketing activity to achieve business objectives.Ideate, validate, and assess marketing strategies to close strategic gaps and to help inform responses to business challenges and opportunities.Skills & ExperienceSolid experience in marketing, particularly in a product or acquisition focused role and including end-to-end campaign delivery.Experience in marketing mobile apps achieving acquisition and utilisation outcomes essential.Demonstrated experience managing digital media advertising campaigns and advanced understanding of digital marketing and the wider paid media landscape and how to balance with other channels and levers for growth.Experience in launching and/or marketing new brands or products highly desirable.Effective and proactive stakeholder engagement and collaboration.Strong reporting and analytical capability.A demonstrated ability to work within a matrix team structure in a highly regulated industry to deliver business outcomes.Advanced understanding and application of marketing communications principles and strategies including brief writing, creative and media assessment.Ability to thrive and lead in an ambiguous environment essential.The benefits of working with BupaFlexible hybrid working environmentCompetitive salaryA small supportive team where your contribution is truly valuedPermanent roles attract performance incentivesGenerous leave provisions including 14 weeks paid parental leaveSignificant discounts on health, travel, home, car, landlords, and pet insuranceHealth and wellness initiatives and discountsA career at Bupa is more than just a job.
