About the Role The newly established Home Ecosystem Value Stream under Innovation, Partnerships and Design is building products, services and experiences that will help our customers navigate the challenging process of buying a home to bring to life the vision of helping more Australians save, find, buy and manage their home.

We work in cross-functional agile delivery squads, enabling us to build and deliver a suite of highly engaging digital features within ANZ Plus while also having opportunities to build shared capabilities that will support projects across the wider ANZ group.
The Home Ecosystem team has a specific focus on collaborating with key strategic partners across ANZ Group to help millions of Australians achieve their property goals.
These partners operate across a range of sectors covering Property Technology, Merchant Funded Offers and Artificial Intelligence just to name a few and we will continue to incorporate more partners that can help us solve customer problems.
Role Type: Permanent Role Location: Docklands, Melbourne Work Hours: Full time What will your day look like? Business Analysts take on broad responsibilities.
Part Business Analyst / Customer Journey Expert / Process Analyst, your focus will be: Working closely with Product Owners, Engineers, Business Services, Risk and Compliance to understand customer features, process flows, risks and controls.
Refining concepts and exploring new ideas.
Participating in key operational processes to ensure the features remain compliant with obligations.
Helping to roll out new and updated features to ensure they are easily and seamlessly adopted.
Defining reporting and providing insights on how new features are performing.
What will you bring? We're looking for someone who is flexible, always thinking customer first and puts collaboration before ego.
Business or process analysis experience from a mobile apps or web environment.
Experience supporting large-scale complex, transformational work that involves a number of cross functional squads.
An understanding of banking and digital payments functionality and obligations.
Some experience in change or implementation for driving successful project outcomes and seamless activations.
Ability to respectfully challenge the status quo and keep the customer at the centre of our data driven decision making.
Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.
Commercial mindset to map processes and system dependencies and think broader than just the value stream.
