We are actively sourcing an experienced Cyber Security Business Analyst to be part of our Cyber Remediation Program at St Vincent's Health Australia.
Reporting directly to the Cyber Security Program Manager, you will be responsible for gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements and processes, system and application information to ensure the successful adoption of Cyber Security initiatives within the organisation.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Cyber Security Projects, in particular Active Directory Remediation and will preferably have exposure to the Hospital/Healthcare industry.
You will be a committed, resourceful, and flexible team player who is willing to make an extra effort to ensure the security and safety of those we serve under St Vincent's Health Australia.
This 12-month Fixed Term Full Time contract is available for immediate start, and will be a hybrid working model based in our Group Office Melbourne, VIC.
Key responsibilities of the role: Define and analyse requirements, use cases, RACI's and create, manage, and compile detailed documentation of business and support processes and functional specifications Investigate business, user, and operational requirements, technology solutions, data requirements, problems, and opportunities to ensure effective adoption of changed or updated processes Collation and validation of information for applications and users; analysis of data and creation of reports to aid in decision making and stakeholder engagement Develop RFP supporting documentation Identify potential challenges arising from investigations into business requirements and proactively offer solutions and options to address these issues Collaborate with a broad spectrum of stakeholders including executive leadership, employees at all levels, alternate project teams and IT (Information Technology) professionals and clinical staff Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure effective change strategies are implemented to reduce risk, maintain compliance, and explore continuous improvement opportunities Things that work for us: Qualification in a relevant discipline – Business Analysis, Healthcare Demonstrated experience in the business process change principles, methodologies, and tools Demonstrated experience in high-level complex systems specifically across software implementation, integration, communications, change and handover/transition to Business as Usual (BAU) operations Excellent verbal and written communication, organisational and interpersonal skills with a keen attention to detail Resilience, communication, and problem-solving skills to address issues and challenges that may arise during the life of the projects A committed, highly qualified yet personable professional with strong stakeholder management skills Desirable: Cyber Security domain – Active Directory Remediation and Asset Discovery Current 2024 Flu Vaccine and a minimum of two (2) COVID-19 Vaccinations - mandatory Things that work for you: Ability to visibly see your impact on the business and its service Competitive salary packaging options Discounted private health insurance Employee Assistance Program for staff and their families Access to the Fitness Passport (FP) Why become part of St Vincent's Health Australia: Because there is so much heart here.
